Terms of Service

Terms designed to support consistent care, clear communication, and a calm grooming experience for dogs 25 lbs and under.

01

Appointment Scheduling

All clients are required to book at least three weeks ahead. This keeps your dog on a consistent grooming schedule and allows me to anticipate their needs—coat condition, temperament, any sensitivities—so every visit builds on the last rather than starting from scratch.

Appointments are available weekly, biweekly, monthly, and bimonthly, depending on your dog's needs and your schedule.

Pre-booking keeps your dog on a consistent grooming schedule.
Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and bimonthly appointments may be arranged.

Who I Work With

My practice is built around long-term relationships. I work best with owners who are committed to their dog's regular upkeep and who value open, honest communication about their pet's care. If you're looking for a groomer you can trust consistently—not just when it's convenient, it will likely be a good fit.

Not sure? Book a free consultation, and I can talk through what you're looking for.

03

Customization

Custom cuts and styling are always welcome. That said, your dog's comfort and coat health come first—some styles aren't suitable depending on breed, coat condition, or behaviour, and I'll advise accordingly.

I kindly ask the client to recognize that certain cuts require more time, skill, and product to maintain properly. Styles that involve detailed scissor work, specific breed silhouettes, or frequent upkeep will be priced to reflect that. I'll discuss what's involved before I begin, so there are no surprises.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the slot to another client and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Unavoidable changes and extenuating circumstances will be accommodated within reason. However, repeated last-minute cancellations affect my ability to serve all my clients well and may affect my ability to continue working together.

05

Health & Safety

I work exclusively with dogs 25 lbs and under.

Up-to-date vaccination records are required for all clients—rabies, distemper, and any other relevant vaccines. Please bring documentation on your first visit; I keep records on file and will follow up when updates are due.

If your dog has any health conditions, physical limitations, or behavioural considerations, please let me know before booking. I'm experienced working with senior dogs, anxious dogs, and those with specific needs. I just need to know in advance so I can prepare accordingly.

I reserve the right to decline service to any dog showing signs of illness or posing a risk to their own safety or mine.
