How far in advance should I book?
I kindly insist that clients book at least three weeks ahead—especially for high-maintenance coats. Consistent scheduling keeps your dog's coat in better condition between visits and ensures you always have a spot.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Life happens! Just let me know as early as you can.
Do you take all breeds?
Yes, as long as they're under 25lbs!
Do you require vaccination records?
Yes. Up-to-date vaccination records are required for all new clients. If your dog has specific health conditions or special needs, please mention them when you reach out.
What if my dog has never been groomed before?
First-time visits, especially for puppies, are handled with extra patience. Mini Grooms are available for puppy first-timers to ease them into the experience.
